I cleared my head out a bit by going up the coast to Terrigal, to stay with Chook one night. Made all the difference in the world. Two air-conditioned trains, one beach house, 4 hours in the beer garden, two fruits for breakfast (orange and pear), one amazingly long beach with surf as frothy as meringue.. and then back again. Just to show me there is something outside of Sydney, and its not even hard to get to.
