Well! This is a first. I am pretty dang excited about this — I have a digital camera now, and I can post photos that I actually took, to this blog! As my brother Mat just said somewhere behind me,
"What a novel idea!"
Now, I think he was being sarcastic, but I'm anything but. I'm pleased as punch! Tickled pink! And other clichés as well!
The shot I chose to inaugurate my enhanced photo-taking capabilities was taken near my house, looking at a creek going into part of the Bras d'Or lake. A very typical winter-in-Cape-Breton shot.
Woot! I'm so pumped! OK... maybe I should go skip some rope to get rid of some this excited energy.
