Oh the ideas, so many ideas. Even though I often feel like there is too much out there to read, (and there is), I still genuinely adore the fair discussion of ideas, no matter what they are. Nothing gets me energized more than two intelligent people talking for hours about something relevant. Blog posts that ramble on and ask questions and make me wonder how I stand on a subject are a favorite, as are opinion essays by leading journalists that state their stand and ask you to consider yours.
My last day of work is tomorrow. If there is no rain, I will haul firewood. If there is rain, I might re-wedge clay, or I may just read and talk to people. Ah, end of season.
