I'm rich in vegetables.
Swiss chard, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, red peppers, zucchini, onion, cauliflower. All grown on a local farm.
Eating a big dinner of steamed veggies (with attendant protein, like tofu or what have you) just feels so good!
I'm also rich in: imminent thunderstorms, slugs and snails, laughter with lady-friends, frustrations with computers.
But mostly vegetables.
